Bear Ridge Bed and Breakfast offers two rooms to accommodate different guests' needs.
We offer a continental breakfast each morning with fresh fruit, home-made baked goods, juice, coffee, and cold cereal. Or wake up to a full breakfast for a small fee per person.
Lori's mom from South Dakota is spending part of the summer in Seward and is looking forward to making our
guests a hearty farm-style breakfast which can include eggs, bacon or sausage, and cook's choice of pancakes, french toast, or waffles.
If the heartier breakfast sounds good to you, just make arrangements the day you check-in.
The Alaska Room
The Alaska Room is accessed through the kitchen of our home with a locking door to ensure your privacy. In this room, you will find a queen size bed, dresser and closet. There is also a microwave, small refrigerator (with complimentary bottled water), and a TV/VCR.
This room is designed for one or two guests.

The Bay Room
The Bay Room has a private entrance just inside the entry of our home. This room has very large windows which face Resurrection Bay. The view is absolutely gorgeous!

This room, designed for up to three people, has a queen size poster bed, a roll away bed (in order to accommodate a third person or child), two dressers, a closet, microwave, refrigerator (with complimentary bottled water), and a TV/VCR.

Additional Information
* Our rooms are NON-SMOKING, and we do not allow pets.
* At this time, we are unable to accommodate guests using a wheelchair as there are 2 steps to enter the house and 2 steps to enter each room.
* 24 hour notice is required to receive a full refund. No shows will be charged 1 night's stay.
* We accept cash, traveler's check, Visa and Mastercard as payment for our services. All reservations must be
held with a credit card.
* Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. Just ask!
* Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
