We offer a continental breakfast each morning with fresh fruit, home-made baked goods, juice, coffee, and cold cereal. Or wake up to a full breakfast for just $5.00 per person. This hearty, farm-style breakfast can include eggs, bacon or sausage, and cook's choice of pancakes, french toast, or waffles.
If the heartier breakfast sounds good to you, just make arrangements the day you check-in.

* Our rooms are NON-SMOKING, and we do not allow pets.
* At this time, we are unable to accommodate guests using a wheelchair as there are 2 steps to enter the house and 2 steps to enter each room.
* 24 hour notice is required to receive a full refund. No shows will be charged 1 night's stay.
* We accept cash, traveler's check, Visa and Mastercard as payment for our services. All reservations must be
held with a credit card.
* Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. Just ask!
* Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Directions:
‣ Traveling south on the Seward Highway from Anchorage,
turn right at mile 1.5 onto Bear Avenue between Three Bears and
Essential One gas station.
‣ At the second stop sign, turn right onto Phoenix Road.
‣ At the top of the hill, turn left on Dora Way.
‣ Our B&B is the first house on left - 1901 Dora Way. It is on the
corner of Phoenix Road and Dora Way.
